WHO AM I?
I’m Landon, personal trainer, Magic: the Gathering player, D&D adventurer, and most importantly, the person that is going to help you feel strong, capable, and confident in every aspect of your life. With over a decade of fitness expertise, I'm dedicated to empowering gamers, nerds, and adventurers to unlock their full physical potential. If you're feeling unsure where to begin or want to overcome the typical gamer stereotype, I'm your guide.
My online training programs, backed by a Kinesiology degree, competitive powerlifting experience, and an abundance of certifications, aren't just about reps and sets. It's a strategic campaign to build sustainable habits through consistent, small steps, made achievable through weekly check-ins, unlimited text support, and video analysis.
I pride myself on meeting you exactly where you are, both physically and mentally. I'll bring my unwavering positive attitude and ability for making fitness concepts clear with humour and relatable explanations as long as you can provide the effort required to succeed. Our coaches will make you a personalized workout program based on your specific goals. Whether you are new to the gym or a seasoned vet, we’ve got you covered.

We operate on a subscription plan that will charge $210.00 every 4 weeks.

Let’s break it down:
1) After purchase, we’ll email you an in depth intake form to see where you are starting from and what your goals are.
2) We’ll set up a video call to review said form to see if either of us have any questions before getting started.
3) Our coaches will create your personalized program and have it to you within 48 hours.
4) Execute on the program that is provided with actionable steps to have you progressing in the right direction.

With over a decade of in person coaching, our experienced trainers will be able to critique and provide advice on how to execute the movements provided via video feedback.

Major communications will be done through email. Day to day communications and exercise feedback will be done through WhatsApp.
